Caza Beach B&B is a 4 bedroom, family run establishment, set in a ideal part of La Lucia 20 meters from the beach, 10 minutes walk to the La Lucia Mall, 5 minutes drive from Umhlanga Rocks while Durban City is only a short trip away (15 minutes drive).

The southern hemisphere's biggest shopping centre Gatway is right up the road boasting a huge selection of shops, cinemas, climbing wall, restaurants and much more!

Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed throughout, Caza Beach guest house offers guests an exceptional level of comfort, combined with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Onsite facilities include Internet Connection, Swimming Pool, DStv, Air Conditioning and Private entrance to each unit.

Very spacious en-suite, air conditioned rooms with magnificent decor and style. All bedrooms have their own private entrance, adn some of them can accommodate up to four people.

We are 10 minutes walk to La Lucia shopping mall, 5 minutes drive to Umhlanga and Gateway as well as very easy access to KwaZulu-Natal's game park and Drakensberg mountains.

Accommodation

Caza Beach offers beautiful up-market accommodation. We are 20 meters from the beach and there is a private entrance from the guest house to the beach.

Our luxury rooms overlook the tropical garden and pool and are all equipped with satellite television, air-conditioning, mini bar, wireless internet, private entrance, own lounge and easy access from our car park to all rooms.

Most rooms overlook the garden and sparkling pool and each room has its own en-suite bathroom, bathrobes, hairdryers and air-conditioning. There is TV with DStv.

Rates

Our accommodation is a very good blend of business orientated units with a family touch: Spacious 4 sleeper suits, Internet access and mini business center.

Room Rates:

Single Unit Between R350 + (14%) VAT and R450 + (14%) VAT depending on time of year.
R300 + (14%) VAT and R400 + (14%) VAT per person sharing, depending on time of year.
R150 + (14%) VAT per child per night - Between the age of 3 years and 10 years.
Extra charge is applied for 24 hour Internet access as well as dinner.
Baby cot available upon request (R50 per night)

R 350 (one way) private Limousine service

Deposit policy: Cheques must be received within 5 days of booking; Visa or MC is processed at time of booking. Deposit is applied to the last night's stay and forfeited if guests arrive after date specified or depart before final date of reservation. Deposit for 1-2 nights is 1 night's rate; for 3 or more nights it's 50% of total rate.
